Basic TOS

♡ I have a right to up or lower the price if i see fit
♡ I post all commission art i get with a commission watermark, it is your choice if you post it without the watermark, i will remove commision with watermark upon request
♡ Credit is not required since you did infact pay, but credit is still preferred
♡ You are not allowed to resell my artwork in ANYWAY, unless it is connected to an oc/character you are selling with other preexisting artwork
♡ If you buy an adopt off of me, you are NOT allowed to resell for more than what i sold it to you for, UNLESS their is 5+ preexisting works of art that were paid for
♡ A piece can take from a few days to a few months, depending on my work schedule, mental heath, personal life etc, i will always update if their are problems and things might take longer
♡ any major changes along the process after the sketch is done and being inked/colored will cost extra
♡ I have a right to reject any commission that makes me uncomfortable
♡ I will ABSOLUTELY not draw anything meant to inspire hate speech
